Michele spent twenty years in the restaurant business, moving up to District Manager of five restaurants for a major chain in Las Vegas, NV. She became one of the twelve original members of the General Managers Advisory Council for the 1,600 restaurant chain.
She moved to Grand Junction in 2004, owned a restaurant for two years, then accepted a job in Human Resources in the oil and gas industry. Michele has a certificate in Human Resource Management from the Malcolm Baldridge School of Business at Post University, Waterbury, CT.
