Kelly Collini has been the Executive Director for Colorado Discover Ability since January 2019. Before coming to CHR, Collini worked as the Executive Director of Community Housing and Resources, Inc. on Sanibel Island, Florida. She also served as Executive Director of the Albany County Safe Project in Laramie, Wyoming where she successfully spearheaded a campaign to raise funding for a new office and women’s shelter. She has 30 years of professional experience in non-profit management and fundraising for causes as diverse as public broadcasting, environmental issues, women and children’s advocacy, and affordable housing. Collini resided in Wyoming for many years before moving to Sanibel, Florida. Now, glad to be back “out west,” she is enjoying the Grand Valley and loves recreating both in her own free time and through work!
